Wii U being able to display in the same HD as its future competitors is what puts it closer to the other systems than Wii was to PS360

So far we haven't seen many 1080p games though. That puts it closer to the HD twins than most would like to imagine. Meanwhile, people actually think Sony and MS would bother releasing a next-gen console that's not a LOT more powerful than the previous one. 


It can be a lot more powerful... it doesn't matter, especially for most part of the public. Wii U games would still look good. I'm not saying the other games won't look noticeable better, I'm saying is that Wii U games and especially Nintendo games won't look bad. Even Gamecube games look awesome in HD.

It's the same as PC right now... PC is much more powerful than consoles, yet console games still look awesome on TVs.
