Kevin Butler is goofy. Kevin Butler is associated with video games. Kevin Butler looks like bridgestone engineer. Now Lambert's acting style is goofy and both roles are played by him. Obviously, those are due to the actor and his roles wont really change. That's why I think Bridgestone shouldn't have used him in this commercial. At the same time the removal of him in the commercial should have been enough for Sony. I'm sure a judge will take that into consideration if it gets that far.
