Well they could use a cut in Europe and Japan.(wont do much in Japan though)

Xbox has been very competitive in Japan with a very low entry price (most accessible sku was half the european's price)

What?360 in japan is 29800yen(250GB without Kinect)=$379US=291euro before yesterday(Oct 4,right now it's 19800yen)

The 360 in japan flopped hard doesn't mean they just gave up,there is even Japanese version Halo 4 bundle for 39800yen=$509US

the 360 sku right now in japan is 19800yen(4GB,250GB holiday bundle),29800yen(4GB+Kinect),39800yen(250GB+Kinect,Halo 4 bundle)
