Are there still three mainline FF teams?

Is there still a third team making FFXV? Sure, Matsuno is gone, but is his development team still together?

Why do you bring up Matsuno?

The thirdteam has always been Hiroyuki Ito's!

I would love for that to be true. At least it would confirm that somebody is responsible for the third team and they still exist as a unit.
