GPU = Graphics Processing Unit.  It's what most people look at, honestly, even if it isn't the only thing involved.

Er, yes, I know what it is.  I just found it interesting that the CPU wasn't touched on in his statement.

It's pretty much confirmed the CPU have a low clock speed, that's probably why they didn't mentioned it. We do know the system have a GPGPU which will comprise for the low clock speed and will help in other stuff.
