Sorry, but that makes no sense.
3DS was a failure innitially because it didn't matched its forecasts (they had to be cut).
Vita is a failure because it won't match it's forecasts. 3 times, probably.
There's nothing acceptable in this. It's very simple. There's no personal theories here.
