I didn't watch the entire thing but based off of what I saw, I would say that Obama won (not by a lot though) because, even though people are saying Obama was agitated and all, Romney was also very defensive and always felt like he needed to add more. In my opinion, it showed how much he wanted to have the last word (probably for publicity).
In terms of what he was actually saying, Romney and Obama both lost on this front. I don't think either one of them can really do what they said they would do without some severe consequences or seeing opposition. Remember guys, the President doesn't actually get to make all these things happen. He tries influencing those with the power to do so. How much you work to try to get it to pass is a different story. Obama is having a hard time due to split congress.
There was also a lot of talk from Romney about increasing the amount of jobs and increasing their payment, and reducing spending to cut down on our deficit. On paper that looks good, but realistically I see this only backfiring and ending up worsening the issue in the long run. More jobs doesn't always mean more production.
