I like the way hebraic sounds, I don't know why. Never been to Israel either or met someone speaking it.
As for flowing, you can't beat either georgian or brazilian portuguese. Portuguese from portugal is just rough and rushed. Imagine this:
classy lady from london = brazilian portuguese
street hobo from queens = portugal's portuguese
Blond with great boobs with an angel voice = georgian
A german guy singing merry xmas = hebraic
