i just read on gamrreview that halo has still the same problems, as example the shield which makes multiplayer combat still problematic.

man you can like or dislike halo but that does not even make any sense, that's what halo is about, getting the chance to beat someone even if he was hiding and shooting first and not "who shoots first wins 95% even if he sucks at aiming"

how exactly can the shield make the multiplayer problematic? what's exactly is the problem? the problem to have a fight taking some seconds instead of one millisecond or what?

Seriously, the shield is what makes Halo so good IMO. I think it takes real skill to win a one on one. It's funny because I am way better at COD, my k/ds on the games aren't below 2.5 but I'm like a 1.5 on Halo and it's because of the who sees who first quick dead shit in COD. Don't get me wrong, I still find it fun but I've always maintained that Halo is the better game and generally the more fun game.

I don't mind that the writer of the article doesn't like this about Halo, different strokes right. Halo 4 will be beast with all of the good shit that's going on in the game and it will even look really good too, which I guess is a nice little bonus. I'm actually really stoked about things that normally wouldn't have me stoked. Like campaign and infection. I really wanna play some Spartan Ops too.

the problem for me isn't that this guy doesn't like halo, the problem is that he is acting like the shield is some kind of bad game mechanic which is problematic for the game and this is just wrong. people like with or without shield more but both is not a game mechanics problem.

i like batlefield, cod and halo. halo most but what i can say is that all kind of "how much energy has the enemy" work pretty good in all three games.

and if that guy doesn't like it in halo, he can still play swat^^

it's like i would say as writer that forza or gt are still problematic because they have realistic game mechanics and don't drive like arcade racers.
