I've dealt with the Wii/DS/3DS Rec guides for a while now... so I'm fairly knowledgable with the games on the system.

I mostly have problems between Action and Action-Adventure games. The ones I'm thinking of putting in these categories are :

- Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Zelda: Skyward Sword
- Metroid Prime 3
- Resident Evil 4
- Disney's Epic Mickey
- Metroid: Other M
- Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
- Super Paper Mario

There's also The Godfather: Blackhand Edition that I have no idea where to put (since it's a sandbox game)

Also, I'm confused by the Shooting/Flight category. Are you talking about FPS, TPS and Flight simulators here?
