It depends...
If both continue selling the same as this week, then 3DS will come ahead thanks to the recent 3DS XL + NSMB2 combo (1st Graph).
If both continue selling at the same rate as the average of the past five weeks, then it will be close (2nd Graph).
If both continue selling at the same rate as their YTD average, then PSV will come ahead due to its relatively big western debuts earlier in the year (3rd Graph).
