But they cancelled my order 2 days later stating that it was a pricing error. So my question is, am I able to convince amazon.co.uk to reopen my preorder? I still have all the e-mails present, I just need proof that amazon honored the deal with other customers. Can somebody help me out here or will my efforts be in vain? |
Some people have actually already had that pre-order honoured but it won't work for everyone, Amazon have honoured the early lower prices they put up after the Wii U release details because the is no RRP, what someone at CVG did is ring up Amazon and complained that their friends oredered the black U at a cheaper price while they had their pre-order cancelled and the product has a higher price then what his friends are going to pay. The result was that customer service had him place a new order then they lowered the price on their end.
