i don´t know why you are suprised, this site mod team has always been anti Nintendo even though when it started it was mostly Nintendo fans here.
Before they would just ban any pro Nintendo user as soon as they have a discussion with a Sony fan even if tha latter was the insulting and rule breaking party.
Now that the main media started reporting favorly for Nintendo they have to do something to keep the Sony fans happy and add another reason to ban Nintendo fans.
