1) I remember playing games like Metroid Other M and thinking that if the games was in HD, it would have made the experience so much better. So I agree that haters should look forward to Nintendo 1st party games in HD.
2) GamePad is the key to the Wii U's success, and Nintendo knows this. But if you're a hater and the Gamepad doesn't already peak your interest, then maybe the console is not for U.
3) Nintendo has been listening and that think should make fans and haters happy with their new strategy for the Wii U. Nintendo now has a two handed approach towards keep the casual games and attracting the hardcore ones. Games like Zombi U and Bayonetta are good starts at fulfilling the latter .
4) Gamers always get excited about console launches and such is what we as gamers need. When the console generation goes on to long it tends to only profit the big name games and developers. So only games like Mario, Halo and Uncharted seem to make any money. Gamers tend to be less willing to try new IPs at the end of a console generation I think.
