so a franchise stays in the same division/conference regardless where they are in the country like the raiders who were LA when i was younger,although maybe the raiders have always been in california right? doing a quick google they started in oakland anyway
i know i've asked before last year but how can LA not have a football team,surely there is money in it somewhere being one of the major cities in the usa
