It is irrelevant because the trilogy is being released on a DIFFERENT system than Wii U. Had the trilogy been announced for Wii U then we could say ME3 was absoluetlly sent to die. The argument that people would opt to buy the trilogy instead of ME3 for Wii U makes no sense, because if they had any intention of buying the WIi U version of ME3 one would have to assume that they are doing so because they dont have access to the other platforms that had all the games on them in the first place.

So they should screw the PS360/PC owners with a higher price...for what?? They wont do that cause they know it wont sell they are trying to make money. PS3 versions is at least being released later and really it doenst matter when the 360/PC version of the trilogy will be released as the trilogy itself has been available for some time. Yeah they should have sold Wii U version for cheaper, just like they should have done with ME2 for PS3. But here we are

It is not irrelevant, because they are sending a big message with the trilogy, buying ME3 for Wii U is NOT worth 60 dollars. They are changing the perceived value of the port, before people could though that the price of the game was fair, a little higher or way higher, now according to EA itself we are SURE that is a rip-off. Now people will wait for the game to reach the bargain bin, instead of buying it close to launch date, they are sending the game to die plain and simple, they are not giving it a chance.

you're looking way too much into this, how much of a chance did the game REALLY have? Really? How well did you think it would have sold prior to the knowledge of the trilogy? Buying ME3 for Wii U was never worth 60 dollars, period. I dont know how anyone in their right mind could have ever thought that the pricing was far. How well do late ports of games sell at full price most of the time? ME3 for Wii U is a game that simply doesnt make a alot of sense, trilogy or not, if you were a fan of  the series you most likely would have bought that game, and even if you hadnt bought it already one would most likely not get that version as it woudl be the most expensive anyway and not really adding that much to the experience.

You never answered my question about Ninty only owners. If they only have a Wii U why would the trilogy being released on a systems they dont even have deter them from getting ME3 on Wii U? Or do you believe that most of the people that were going to buy it are now not going to out of...principle??? I doubt.
