I've always wanted to play these games, but I refuse to start at part 2 or 3 with such a heavy focus on story.
Until yesterday, we all thought the full trilogy wouldn't appear on any console other than the 360, but that is now obviously not the case. As such, there is no justifiable reason not to release the trilogy on Wii U as well as 360/PS3/PC, but that doesn't appear to be happening. And so just as I'm presented with an opportunity to potentially play these games on my PS3, I have to pass it up, because I will have sold my PS3 before then.
The question you have to ask though, is how often does this have to happen with Nintendo for it to be more than just a coincidence.
