A price cut would help the system a lot, imo. In japan, a little less, cause the release schedule is really atrocious for this year. But for the west? It can push those holiday big games a lot.

I still think it'll come... or else sony is crazy, and they'll miss their forecast bad (for a second time!) A price cut post holidays won't produce much sales, since nothing sells great post holidays anyway.
