Very interesting indeed.

I remember earlier this year when a guy, after more than a year of work, finished a spiritual successor to Super Mario 64. The game was amazing, despite the fact that he was an amateur!

So yeah, no need to push graphics or anything, But I guess it would be a bonus, I wonder though how they would be able to do this without Microsoft suing their asses?

He said on his Twitter: "a game that shares that same kind of humour, silly characters, fun game play, great tunes and all that stuff that we enjoy making."

This means it will be a different game, as long as they don't use any Banjo-Kazooie characters, they should be fine.

Sounds good to me since making something completely new also assures that they won't take a shit on Banjo-Kazooie's legacy.
