No. Every game that sees a later release on one platform should have to include something extra on said platform. He should probably blame MS instead for making such a weak deal. 2 weeks?!

Yeah that's the odd part, just the time frame of it.  Pretty normal for late ports to have extra content, but not a 2 week late port.
