You were incorrect. 6/23, or about 1/4, of the launch day games are already available for other consoles. I wouldn't really count Darksiders II, as it's 'new' enough that DLC is still being released for it. Additionally, the PS360 versions of NG3 are terrible, and if this one is significantly better, the port is definitely justified. FIFA and Tekken both just came out this month, so the Wii U version isn't very late to the party. It's functionally no different from timed exclusivity. I have easily brought it down to 2 out of 23 launch day games being "old" ports.
