You do realise you aren't doing anything wrong? It's part of the game and you aren't hacking anything.
Pretty much every competitive player I know both online and those who participate in the pokemon VGCs use RNG bred pokemon. While hacked pokemon are automatically caught out and disqualified from the official tournaments when they check your carts, RNG bred pokemon are fully legal and widely used. This is because you are breeding naturally, only that you are able to take the random aspect out of it by reading the game's code. So you're getting something you could have gotten randomly, only now it didn't take as long.
Yes maybe if they made it easier it may have been nicer, but it is how it is until they change things. The point is that it is part of the competitive scene and not that hard to do. Kind of similar to how in the competitive fighting scene people just read the game's code to figure out number of frames for moves, etc which helps in performing the right counters or combos to punish opponents. There is nothing wrong with that either, but that sort of in depth information isn't given out by the game outright most of the time, but developers embrace it.
