Definitely worth it to me. The controllers feels better in my hand in general. Though I never had the Wiimote fly out of my hand, it feels much more secure with the jacket on. My hands also sweat when I play, and the material and grooves of the jacket help keep things not so sweaty/slippery feeling. I also prefer it when using the Wiimote NES-style. The bulge around the end of the Wiimote jacket acts as a bit of a "grip", similar to traditional style controllers on the B Box. And it simply protects your Wiimote in case it goes flying or someone drops it. Plus, I have fun just mashing the squishy part on the end. :)
