Ironically too... he seems to ignore the fact that most of what helped a few countries like Australia, New Zealand and Germany escape the GFC was in fact... having more conservative economic policies then most countries. (Well and some inborn advantages in Australias case.)
Australia is after all... 3rd on the Hertiage foundations economic Freedom index.
