You clearly don`t have a concept what speculation is, or what a lie is ...
A lie is "a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood." which is substantially different from a speculative statement "Reasoning based on inconclusive evidence; conjecture or supposition."
