I'm starting to wonder if the IBM Watson Twitter account is given any more information than what we get from PR to begin with.
To me, it looks like someone pointed out that IBM article to them and then they made a new tweet "clarifying".
The problem with saying it is Power based is almost like AMD saying the GPU is Radeon based. It means practically everything they manufacture. Power could mean Power7 or it could be PowerPC A2.
So long as it is based on the Power ISA v.2.06 instruction set, I'm fine.
