Well, they allowed for a decent increase in size of the Ware type games so that should quell some of the previous complaints by some developers.  Now, there isn't really too much else standing in the way for them to put their game on Nintendo's eshop. 

I believe they also reduced the license fee so develoeprs keep more of their money over PSN and Xbox Live.   Not sure about other services.
