Well, they allowed for a decent increase in size of the Ware type games so that should quell some of the previous complaints by some developers.  Now, there isn't really too much else standing in the way for them to put their game on Nintendo's eshop. 

Had no idea they increased the size. That`s always good.
But in this case this, i believe, is really special because it goes for developers (mostly indies) who have never considered home console gaming as an option. And if Nintendo can tap that market of developers, maybe they can also tap on those kind of gamers.
