Anyone here playing Sins of The Solar Empire?

I'm thinking of picking it up and I'm just wondering what people here think of it.  I haven't played an epic space game in awhile or a strategy one for that matter.  Does it have a good storyline?  Cutscenes?  Easy to get into?  Do you recommend it?  Thanks.
