That isn't even true.........have you ever built a gaming PC?

I don't understand where this idea that to make a console even 5x more powerful than current gen is crazy expensive.  Its not at all.  The tech in the current consoles is so outdated it isn't even funny.  And nextbox doesn't even come out for another 1 -2 years anyways and costs will be even lower.

You and others who are hoping Wii U is on par with other next-gen consoles need to face the reality that were preparing for another giant leap, not just the tiny step from a technical point of view were seeing with Wii U.

Most people don't know the roadmap is why, it falls in line with PC GPU releases, which currently, the big jump will be in 2014, that's 2 years away, if either the Durango or the Orbis releases before that time, it won't be a big leap, we'll have to wait and see for now.

Durango and Orbis will be out next year and even if one slipped to 2014, it would still NOT be using that new 2014 tech. So in reality it won't matter and is a baseless point. Wii U is on par with anything Durango/Orbis is doing. Its just sad Retro or someone else couldn't of had a game ready for launch that really demonstrates this power. MS and Sony won't make that mistake and they didn't with their current gen consoles. Nintendo should of had something to prove the point right off the launch.
