Honestly, thinking that Wii U is not more powerful than PS360 is...well, bit silly. PS360 have GPUs that are, more or less, on par with something like ATI 5550, so Wii U's GPU is way more powerful. But what article states is that Wii U will support Unity 4, and all it's features...well, they'll see to it "potentially". While I really like Unity, and think it's marvelous engine for lower/mid cost projects, it's simply nowhere near what new "next-gen" engines are/will be able to achieve, specially if Microsoft and Sony have listened to what engine makers have been asking for. So, while I think that Wii U may be (conditionally) called "next-gen", I'd say it's bit too early to conclude will it be able to stay in that category, or will it be Dreamcast all over again.
