The Vita doesn't look very healthy in that chart... notice how the PS3 and PSV got a boost from some game at the exact same week into their lives? other things to look at are the skyrocketing of the 3DS after the price drop 
and it always amazes me how the Gamecube sold like 1/4 of its lifetime sales in its first 3 months and then struggled to stay above 10k a week after that
