Don't worry. The WiiU will do that for you nicely...
The prices are indeed high (you can buy 320G units all over Europe right now for much less). These prices are MSRP though, that include store margins. Once the old 320G units are sold out, some agreessive retailers will no doubt start to lower prices by 10-15%.
