It's not the fact it is sold out that is of significance, it's how fast and how wide the sell out is. |
The difference is that with Wii U, and the controller specifically, is still supply constrainted (Nintendo has not mentioned that they ever resolved it), they probably put a low number for the amount of preorders...so how fast it sold out is irrevleant becuase we dont have a number.
