Will the 3DS die in the West the same way the PSP did?

But we still have all those games in your OP, and then the promise of big-budget 3rd party games; something the DS had a shortage of. And it's sold 20million Worldwide already, so I'm not sure of where there's even any hint that this will be another PSP scenario, which failed because it tried to do everything, but then smartphones came along and did everything a bit better. Another Westerner who just does not care. If you gave me a hundred Wonderful Mario games I would still not care. People want variety even though Mario is fun. We are getting like 2 games in the West over the rest of the year for the 3DS that are big. Pokemon B&W 2 is coming for the DS.

I'd say that Skylanders: Giants, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, and Scribblenauts Unlimited are fairly big. Not Layton or Paper Mario big, but still not to be glanced over, even if two of them are actually multiplatform titles.
