Metroid Prime is still the best game ever in my book, but Trilogy gets points taken off for being a port/compaliation because that's just how I roll. Besides, #3 is where I'd put Metroid Prime 3, anyway. My liking of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is inexplicable. Maybe I was so happy to see a Wii version of a AAA game that is actually far superior to the other version. Even so, I maintain that Forgotten Sands Wii is the only PoP game I've played that felt like a bona fide Sands of Time successor.
Edit: Oh, and I preferred the GameCube version of Twilight Princess. If the Wii version was the only one... I'd probably put it at #8.
