Its simple, people are freaking crazy when it comes to Nintendo and ANY issue.
Nintendo = Acheivement system wont be mandatory, will be up to developer, but if they add it, you can show it off
Crazy people = OMG NO ACHEIVEMENTS BS I HATE EVERYTHING NEVER GOING TO BUY FAIL HORRIBLE
Its very likely developers will optionally choose to add acheivements, because its a selling point to their game, making it look like it has more content.
So to all the crazy people, take your meds and calm your selves.
