No surprise. Really it isn't Nintendos fault. Adobe just doesn't make the latest flash versions readily available and open source. HTML 5 is the future anyways. HTML 5 will eventually trump flash. Apple devices do just fine without flash, Android no longer has flash. And less and less places are using flash.
