Translation:
He's going through a rough time so he can't play right now, but he will want to in the future. He has roughly 120 total hours played and he's a premium member. Battlefield Premium is a subscription service of sorts that basically gives you all DLC for a discounted price (so if you were planning to buy all DLC expansions, getting premium is actually cheaper).

 

I play BF3 on the PC a lot, it's unfortunate there isn't a form of cross play. :P
