Did Dead Island have the GamePad? No? Oh, so then ZombiU isn't a clone. That's the whole point with the game: the way it utilize the controller. Every time you check your inventory you'll have to keep a watchful eye on the TV in case a Zombie sneaks up on you. That and the fact you only have ONE life, ONE shot. If you die all your progression disappears, and all your skills you've learned is gone. That's what separates ZU from RE6... No, you don't. You play as multiple survivors and you start with a new survivor after the last one died and you can pickup all of his equipment and gear. I don't really think ZU is a dead island clone (altho combat is veeery similar), it's the best U game IMO. that was just a remark on ur generic 3rd person shooter comment about RE. Jake and Chris's  campaign does look more like a shooter, but Leon's and Ada's are what fans have been wanting since forever. Both horror and survival. And action...and its Resident Evil...they defined Zombie/Survival games

I wasn't aware they had different campaign modes in RE6. All I've seen was that one trailer where shit got blown up all around and I felt "meh" and haven't bothered with it since. But I might take a closer look now =)
