With the ability to have user profiles for the system, Nintendo really should just have parental locks so that unless your profile is that of an adult or 18 and older, invites, communication and other stuff should be restricted or something like that to just those on your friend list.
I like that the 3DS has just the one code but it would be better to allow more freedom to get a better online experience.
