Is Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance coming to the WiiU?

First thing I thought of when I saw Big Boss pull out that map was the Wii U controller, but I think it's very unlikely to come to the Wii U.

EDIT: Oh shit... you said Rising. I think it would have been announced by now if it were.
