I'm thinking Metroid.
If Zelda indeed comes in 2014, then it'll at least be second. I also don't think they will release Mario so soon after NSMBU and NSMB2. I know NSMB2 is on another system, but it would help with the 'too many Mario-image'.
And yeah, I think you could make a good puzzle game out of Ice Climbers!
