Until we get any real confirmation, at this point it's all just speculation. But I definitely think it is a possibility. WiiU may still not have many Japanese third parties on board... yet, but there is still time, and I'm willing to guess that the MH bundle + DQX beta will convince 3rd parties that there is indeed an audience for those games.
Plus, Kojima said his Fox engine would be multiplatform. So, yeah, I think it's likely we'll see a MGS on WiiU in the future.
