I wouldn't be too sure about that. With the Wii I thought, the 3rd-parties would join as it became clear the Wii is winning. But they didn't. And for WiiU, I see so far that UbiSoft is supporting the WiiU (as they supoorted the Wii), that Capcom is supporting the WiiU (as they did with the Wii) and that NamcoBandai is supporting WiiU (as they didn't with Wii). So Namco is an important company, that now also is in support, but that alone doesn't change the world. So far I don't see real support from Activision or EA. They get the usual stuff all platforms get. That's not bad, but no real support either. Maybe I'm wrong and the third-parties will be there, but I'm sceptical until it happens.

The Wii came off the back of the Cube, which was not a good indicator. The WiiU is riding the success of the Wii and the 3DS, and has the confidence of the Japanese devs, as well as some of the American publishers (Activision, Ubi), so I'm pretty confident this far.

The Wii just ended with games like Xenoblade and Last Story, and the 3DS just got MH and the Wii got it too and that's staying. Plus DQX, and all the Western core IPs that were missing in the Wii, and you have every reason to be pretty optimistic in your outlook.
