I agree with you. I read it as it says.

Can't see what else it can mean apart from that. It would be the best bar none. 

Not saying superchunk is wrong but it sounds like he is saying it is even better than the PC version... We will see.

To be honest I believe PC gaming graphics are overated anyway, but let's not get into that.

"The title features the most advanced textures, lighting and shadowing systems in series history, all of which are on full display on Wii U."

In other words, "We made the best looking Call of Duty game yet, and you can play it on Wii U."
