Even that guy from activision said "FullHD@60FPS" to me that means "1080P@60FPS" what else could he mean by FullHD?

It kind of sounded like he was emphasizing HD by saying 'full'. He also said it would be on par with 'any other HD console'.

Probably meant it doesn't look like the Wii versions. Would be huge jump in graphical quality for Nintendo Wii gamers. 

Yep, which is why I think it's just 720p like the others (or slightly sub-HD actually). That's still very good for Nintendo, to have a CoD on par with the others at launch.

Sub-HD?  Why would he say full hd though... I still think it's at 1080p.  Why waste the Wii-U capabilities?
