Honestly, I'm still not convinced it would be great for long gaming sessions. The A and B buttons look like they require a long motion with a lot of wrist bend and a grip shift that takes you even further from the center of gravity. It's definitely improved from the original design, which was really bad, but I'm just not sure that someone with any wrist problems would enjoy that controller in the long run. Also, using the touch screen on the fly doesn't seem to be much of an option, as you'll probably have to rest the controller on your lap to do it.
I'm just not sure. I will have to test drive that controller before I bought it.
