Move has an install base of 2.5 million PS3 users out of 66 million PS3's.  That's why Activision doesn't support it.

With Wii U, it has an automatic massive potential install base of nearly 1:1 ratio of Wii U's sold to those already owning a Wii remote or having a Wii remote come with the Wii U (we'll find out about that tomorrow).

It should also be noted that Activision put otu 3 Wii FPS's that supported the Classic Controller Pro.  1 of them even allowed for GC controller support.   Given that, I'd say it's damn near certain that their Wii U FPS's will have Wii remote IR support.

huh? from where did u get that number? last time i checked the move sold 10.5 million

Yes, they sold 10.5 million units but that includes both the Move unit and Navigation sub controller totals.   So only about 5 million or so actual Move units were sold.  And half bought more than 1 unit for multiplayer.  Even at best, 3.5 million individual PS3 onwers have a Move controller.
