Is this actually true though or just revisionist history?
The two Grand Theft Auto games on PSP were original content.
The God of War games on the PSP were original content.
Gran Turismo on PSP was a new game, not a port.
Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core was a new game, not a port.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep as well.
Ridge Racer and Ridge Racers weren't direct ports either.
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was an entirely original game.
Assassin's Creed PSP was an original game too.
The fact is the PSP wasn't powerful enough to run most PS2 games, there weren't all that many direct PS2 ports.
